SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Once you place an order and the first 50% payment has been confirmed, we will send you confirmation that your order is being processed. Order processing takes 2-3 business working days.
Once order has been processed, we will send you another message to confirm shipment. Shipment takes usually 10 - 14 days but please allow up to 21 days during peak times.
When the order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to confirm delivery address and contact number. Confirmation of the last 50% payment would have to be completed to process order delivery or collection.
አንዴ ካዘዙ እና የመጀመሪያው 50% ክፍያ ከተረጋገጠ ትዕዛዝዎ እየተሰራ መሆኑን ማረጋገጫ እንልክልዎታለን። የትዕዛዝ ሂደት ከ2-3 የስራ ቀናት ይወስዳል። .
አንዴ ትዕዛዙ ከተሰራ፣ መላኩን ለማረጋገጥ ሌላ መልእክት እንልክልዎታለን። ማጓጓዣው ብዙውን ጊዜ ከ10-14 ቀናት ይወስዳል ነገርግን እባክዎን በከፍተኛ ጊዜ እስከ 21 ቀናት ድረስ ይፍቀዱ። .
ትዕዛዙ ለማድረስ ዝግጁ ሲሆን የመላኪያ አድራሻ እና የእውቂያ ቁጥር ለማረጋገጥ እናገኝዎታለን። ለማዘዝ ወይም ለመሰብሰብ የመጨረሻውን 50% ክፍያ ማረጋገጥ መጠናቀቅ አለበት።
Return & Exchange Policy
If items are damaged, please take a picture and DM us @KIYA.FASHIONN. Please provide as much detail in the DM.
We will only consider a refund or exchange of an item if you have contacted us within 24hrs from the date of delivery.
If we accept your refund or exchange request we will contact you to arrange pick up of the items.
Once we have checked the items, and refund/exchange is confirmed, refund will take 3 - 5 business working days. Exchange of items will be determined on a case by case basis.
እቃዎች ከተበላሹ እባክዎን ፎቶ አንሳ እና DM us @KIYA.FASHIONN። እባክዎን በዲኤም ውስጥ ያለውን ያህል ዝርዝር ያቅርቡ። .
እቃውን ከተረከበበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ24 ሰአት ውስጥ ካነጋገሩን ገንዘቡን ተመላሽ ማድረግ ወይም መለወጥ ብቻ ነው የምናስበው። .
የእርስዎን ገንዘብ ተመላሽ ከተቀበልን ወይም ከተለዋወጥን እቃዎቹን ለመውሰድ እንዲያመቻቹ እናገኝዎታለን። .
እቃዎቹን ከመረመርን በኋላ፣ እና ገንዘቡ ተመላሽ/ልውውጡ ከተረጋገጠ፣ተመላሽ ገንዘቡ ከ3-5 የስራ ቀናት ይወስዳል። የንጥሎች መለዋወጥ በእያንዳንዱ ጉዳይ ላይ ይወሰናል.
